Saudi music is enriched by a variety of instruments, including stringed instruments like the Oud, Rababa, and Simsimiyya. Percussion instruments such as the Tar, drums, and Zair add depth to the rhythm. Saudi songs reflect deep emotions and cultural identity, exploring themes of love, longing, patriotism, and pride.
Marvels of Saudi Orchestra
Founded in 2021, the Saudi National Orchestra and Choir has toured globally, presenting iconic pieces from Saudi Arabia’s musical heritage under the theme "Marvels of Saudi Orchestra." Their performances have taken place in major cities, including New York, New Mexico, London, and Paris, with their latest stop in Tokyo, where they performed alongside the University of Tokyo College of Music Orchestra Academy.
